Recovered Carbon Black
Ecoverte’s recovered Carbon Black (rCB) undergoes a more rigorous refinement process compared to traditional rCB production methods. This advanced process effectively reduces contaminants and results in substantially lower ash content, ultimately leading to a high-quality product.

Ecoverte rCB is suitable for many applications including passenger tires as well as other rubber products including cablings, tape, sealing, and pigments.
Ecoverte’s rCB has also been tested by an independent third-party lab* as a 20% replacement for furnace carbon black N660 in a tire sidewall application, demonstrating its versatility and effectiveness. The evaluation covered processing, rheological, and unaged physical properties, ensuring comprehensive performance analysis.

Waste Tire Pyrolysis Oil (WTPO)
Our WTPO recovery process undergoes more refinement than traditional WTPO yielding fewer contaminants and a better-quality product.

Low Viscosity: Ecoverte’s WTPO has a low kinematic viscosity. The oil flows well, even at relatively low temperatures, making it ideal for use in a variety of applications.
Minimal Water Content: The trace amount of water content signifies high purity, contributing to the product's effectiveness and stability.
Exceptional Energy Value: Our WTPO Cal/g is on the high end of what is typically seen from crude oil. This indicates that the WTPO possesses a high energy value, making it an effective source of energy.
Low Pour Point: With a low pour point our WTPO remains fluid even at very low temperatures, enhancing its versatility in various environments and applications.
Low Mechanical Impurities: With extremely low contaminants, the WTPO is relatively pure and free from mechanical contaminants, enhancing its quality and usability.
Moderate Density: With a moderate density at normal temperatures, our WTPO is easy to handle and versatile, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial uses.
